Perfect base for exploring the area. Nice view of the valley. Peaceful and quiet. Nice AC. Comfortable bed, slept great every night. Simple and straightforward. We would definitely stay again.
Property was clean, check in instructions were clear, basic but good for our one night stay.

Quiet, almost isolated location in beautiful rural setting. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was nicely stocked with needed items and some extras.
The studio was exactly as described. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The size of the refrigerator was adequate for my needs, although I did miss having a freezer to keep ice in (the mini market next door does sell ice, as well as other staples). While the appearance of the area (not the studio itself) may seem a little "junky" I never felt unsafe (over 65 woman traveling alone). It was very quiet. I would stay here again.

Nice and quiet stay in Boulder, UT. Only 15-20 minutes from Lower Calf Creek Falls in Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument. Large studio apartment with kitchenette, comfy bed and privacy. The bathroom was a little tight and not as updated as the rest of the apartment, but overall we had a very nice stay.

Like: clean, nice decor; comfortable bed, nice towels, good location for activities near Boulder. Did not like: no ice: leaky shower; unclear handwritten password for WiFi. Host did not respond with clear code until after we had checked out, stating it was in welcome letter which we did not receive
Super convenient location in the midst of spectacular beauty.
Although this efficiency is directly behind a country store/gas station, it is still quiet and private. Everything is as advertised, with a big plus of fresh baked goods at the store. In a vast landscape, it is a great location to explore the northern tributaries of the Escalante, with trailheads just minutes away.
We stayed two nights here and it’s the cutest and sweetest location. The cabin is at the edge of town next to a convenience store and the best little breakfast/brunch location. The store has everything you need - groceries, supplies, snacks, and drinks. The place is clean and has plenty of room for two.
Very cute little studio behind Hills and Hollow which was great when we needed a few last minute items! Very comfortable bed, nice view, and a great launching off point for your exploration in boulder. One note—do not lock the bottom lock! It is noted in the check-in instructions but no signage elsewhere so just another reminder here. Very cute, would stay again!
Quiet and private. Just the way I like it. Very simple setup. Not good for any more than a single or a couple. Great location for exploring. One "complaint" is the shower. It is kinda small and the door doesn't easily latch so there is minor water spillage. Not a big deal

Good value. A 25 mile drive to escalante. Quiet and next to general store and gas station. I couldn't get the wifi to work (connected without internet) but i had good cell signal and didn't need it. Power went out but not owners fault was a storm.
Beautifully decorated! Very clean and comfortable! Too much stuff piled up on the side of the building and some loose pieces of trash on the driveway needed to be picked up. Would be easy to pull the weeds near the entrance. Did not realize there was another apartment on the opposite side of the same building.
Tucked into the hill in tiny Boulder, UT, this place is far quieter and more relaxing than its location (behind a Sinclair station) would at first suggest. It was clean and cheerful, offered all we needed and more, has quiet friendly neighbors, and a lovely host. It's a little funky, but it's Boulder, right? Be aware that the bed is a full size, not a queen (that part didn't work well for us, but we're spoiled, so there's that). We would definitely stay there again. Be sure to book dinner at Hell's Backbone Grill several weeks in advance--it's the best meal in Utah. Seriously.

I liked the beautiful location and the safe feeling of the property. The shower was an abomination. The shower head was clogged and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. You had to be inside the shower to turn it on which meant that you had to endure cold water for the first few minutes of the shower. The shower head was so clogged we couldn’t rinse the shampoo out of our hair. The shower could be easily fixed with a handheld.
It was hot. A/C took a long time to cool the studio down. Guessing it had not been on for long before we arrived. Once cool, it was just fine. Good water, good shower, bed firm and fine (but sheets were almost flannel and too hot. Need to only use summer slippy sheets.). Good internet, tons of whatever you could want supplied. One serious ding was no freezer. Had to ask for freezer space from convenience store, which they kindly supplied. Stay here again, absolutely!
VRBO let us down but the property mgr was outstanding
The property was lovely and the bed comfy. There was a small issue with the shower door not staying latched which created a small easy to clean up water mess.
AS per the title VRBO did not and still has not solved my issue with being able to log in on my phone VRBO app. I can log on on my laptop using the supplied access code. There phone app requires a password which i have. I did all the so called fixes VRBO's tech dept. asked of me with no resolve and have sent the screen shot of the Error which states: The operation couldn't be completed (Networking API.Networking Error error 0.)

The place was underwhelming for the price, there was black ooze in the shower, all the dishes had to be washed before being used due to being dirty still.
The studio was tiny and nice on the inside mostly, though the outside sure made you wonder if it was the right place.
Overall, just alright.
Very close to everything in Boulder. We were able to park our motorcycle trailer easily. The cabin was well stocked with soap and towels and toiletries. WiFi was good. The gas station market next door was very convenient.
