"We felt like the property was great quality, the views were great and the nearby creek was nice to hear. My only issue was driving about a mile to put our trash in the dumpster, but it makes sense considering the road up to the property. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent views and peacefulness."

"We were in Colorado for a wedding and to visit friends. The unit was spotless and completely furnished with everything that we could possibly need. Terrific views from the deck of the mountains, quiet pleasant neighborhood, walking trail just outside the back door and a perfect central location. What else could we want? We’ll be back!"

"Erie is the place to stay if you need to be close to the mountains but don’t want to pay Boulder prices! We had so much space to enjoy in this beautiful VRBO home. Parking is easy, Lucile’s is within walking distance, and all the amenities are close by. Sleeps up to 10!Picture is of the huge kitchen island and living room."

Lovely neighborhood

"1st VRBO experience. Everything was great except for the very steep stairs up to the carriage house. Not good for the mobility-challenged which we both are. Loved the many windows in the unit and the breezes coming through made sleeping enjoyable. "
