Our stay was brief and we had everything that we needed.Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Loved chatting with the old boys club that the restaurant over breakfast.
We stayed for just over a week and were looking for a place to rest after visiting family and exploring central Newfoundland. A beautiful view, clean, lots of space and had all the essentials we needed. We walked a few shorts steps from the house to pick endless blueberries, which was a nice plus.
The hosts were prompt with any messages. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
A wonderful quiet, private house. The house was very clean, welcoming, and large. There was tons of space, lots of places to store anything you may have brought, and lots of amenities (many towels, a variety of soaps and shampoos, board games and books). We will be back!
Erin is an excellent host. Very quick to respond to my questions and accommodate my request. The house is very clean and cozy. I would rent this property again.
Enjoyed our 3 night Botwood, Newfoundland house rental.
It was a well cared for property. The house itself is very nice, clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy. We have family living nearby, so it was nice to have the space to have our young grandchildren stay over with us. There are outdoor games and board games available to help keep the kids entertained.
A Very Comfortable Stay in a Safe, Quiet Neighborhood
Erin’s place, a rambling two story farmhouse, has been thoroughly modernized to insure your every comfort. The kitchen and deck areas are big and inviting. We had wine and cheese in her outdoor space. The deck backs up onto a healthy wooded area filled with birds.
Happy to report that there is great Wi-Fi at Erin’s. Botwood has good phone service. Erin also has a choice of beds to please even the fussiest sleeper— and her home is in a quiet neighborhood. Restful.
It’s easy to stroll close to the water (we saw a family of frolicking otters at dusk)
I would highly recommend getting off the beaten trek to stay at Erin’s place. Ww found it especially well appointed for young families ( plenty of toys, movies, books, and even bunk beds)
