「good and friendly service, nice rooms but finishing was lacking」

「The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items.
