"Nice "

"Check-in was fast & efficient. Room was not in a good state. Floor was dirty (my blackened sole of my foot is a testament of this). Refrigerator was leaking & there was a large puddle of water on the bottom level of the fridge as well as on the floor outside the fridge. Both the bathroom lighted mirrors were not working. These were almost the identical problems in the current room 203 as what I experienced last month in room 302. And this room is supposedly to be the top category room in the hotel. "

The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience.
