Séjour romantique

Hôtel 4 étoiles très bien situé dans une petite ville calme et accueillante. Installations très classes pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Piscine intérieure avec spa, hamman et sauna (seul bémol. Il faut réserver et avec une durée de 1h) Piscine extérieure avec bar et détente très bien Restaurant très classe et on mange très bien. La chambre et la salle de bain très bien, rien à dire. Lors de notre séjour nous avons vécu un séjour particulier. Le nombres d'incendies a fait que des cendres se sont répandus un peu partout sur la zone de la piscine. Seul chose que je reprocherai à ce séjour c'est l'état de propreté de l'ensemble de l'espace de la piscine extérieure, meubles, sols. A améliorer

Hotel sem pessoal suficiente para as necessidades básicas dos clientes. O serviço do pequeno almoço era assegurado por uma única pessoa que ainda por cima não estava atenta às faltas de comida que iam surgindo. Por outro lado não fizeram a limpeza do nosso quarto.

Bonjour, nous avons loué cette serviette pour le 1er novembre. Nous sommes extrêmement déçu par l’hôtel. Cela fait cinq ans que j’ai chez vous et je suis de plus en plus déçu. Pas d’eau, eau chaude, gel, douche et shampooing cassé plus de café et de thé dans les chambres. Je ne trouve plus l hôtel 5 étoile .

Les équipements de l'hôtel ainsi que la piscine extérieure étaient extraordinaires. Nous avons moins apprécié la salles de bain dans la chambre ainsi que le bruit de passage des voitures. Nos compliments pour la qualité du restaurant et la gentillesse du personnel qui a autorisé à diner dans la cours intérieur avec notre petit chien.

Alors globalement l hôtel était parfait, le restaurant très bon, le personnel sympathique et certain parlant le français ce qui facilite la communication. Pour la chambre le seul bémol c est l agencement de la salle de bain séparé uniquement par un rideau du reste.. sinon lit confortable.
