「Every staff is kind and friendly. The room is clean with hot shower, which needs several minutes to get warm water. I asked the front to make a reservation for Tigers Hills early morning trip, which is so impressive that we are satisfied very much. The restaurant is also good with Western and Indian foods. We recommend the hotel for all who will visit Darjeeling.」

「ダージリンの中心地であるチョウラスターの裏手で3分ほどの距離にあり、ハッピー・バレー・ティーガーデンにも比較的近い立地にあります。 内装はまさに英国の別荘地のような雰囲気があり、それだけでも楽しい気持ちになれます。 また、チェックアウトの際にお水を2本頂けたり(この時偶々かもしれませんが)と、色々と親切にしていただきました。 日本人もよく泊まりに来るとのことなので、インドのホテルに慣れない日本人にとっても利用しやすいホテルかと思います。」

「The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill.」

「朝晩が冷え込むのですが、暖房設備は万全、寝る前にはベッドに湯たんぽまで準備、夜になるとミネラル水や紅茶をお部屋に届けてくれました。食事は朝晩ともにビュッフェスタイル、インド料理はどれも美味しいです。観光や空港のピックアップなどホテルから手配してくださるサービスは迅速で尚且つ親切、ホテルのドライバーさんもとても礼儀正しく安全運転でとても良かったです。」

「It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended」

「It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Sumitel Spa n Resorts. Everything was as per our expec tations. There should be some improvement in toiletry items. Towels were old and to be discarded now. Comid lid was not fixed properly. But overall we liked the ambience. And the most beautiful part is that you can see the beautiful view of Kanchenjunga from your rooms. Thanks. 」

「Glengry Cafe やDarjeeling Mallの近くの良いロケーション。眺めの良いテラスがあって天気が良ければ景色を楽しめる。First FlushやSecond Flushの紅茶飲み比べもできる。冬なのでシャワーのお湯が温まらず、、部屋もかなり寒かった。」

「It is very close to shopping center and trail.The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel」

「Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.」

「The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.」

「Very clean, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the taxi pick-up for the next leg of our break and the staff were incredibly supportive and kind and made sure that we were comfortable even though we had checked out. 」
