The property is exceptional. Great location, clean, lots of space for our large group. It had everything we needed including ample parking in the back of the building. Maya is a wonderful host and was very accommodating with our requests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful stay for a big group

Miya & Tadeusz were wonderful hosts and their beautiful Fenway home was the perfect spot for my family reunion. The home is beautiful & cozy, it feels historic and extremely well maintained but also feels lived-in and comfortable. It is perfectly spacious, located in an amazing neighborhood, and the entire rental/ check-in process was very clear thanks to the attentive hosts.

Charming home in spectacular location.

This is such a charming home with plenty of space for our family. Large dining room and kitchen was perfect for our home cooked meals and the neighborhood provided many fantastic restaurants with a wine shop and grocery market very close by. We didn’t need the T but there is a stop a block away and we appreciated the parking spaces provided with the house. Would stay again.

Excellent location, clean!

The house was in a perfect location. Lots of spots in walking distance, easy to get around with public transportation, very easy access. Parking was very easy (3 spots in Boston is fantastic!), plenty of room for our group of 6 people. The house was clean and easy to check in. The property manager was communicative and accessible. We look forward to staying there again!

A Fantastic Weekend in Boston

Spent the weekend in Boston with a group of friends. Everything about our stay was great! The home was very spacious and could accommodate our group of 14 comfortably. The house is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and other essential places, so it was easy to get around without a car. The host was also extremely kind and responsive, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this home for a weekend getaway in the heart of Boston. Thank you for being an awesome host!

Great house, fun location

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family of 11. The living and dining room feel bigger in person than they do in the pictures because they all open up to each other. You can enjoy the full house from the front windows to the back patio from both the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is great for a group with two sinks and two dishwashers. The 3 stories were a little hard for the oldest of our group but not a problem for the rest of us. Lots of beds but we wish there was another bathroom on the top floor. There was a lot to do just a quick walk from the house. The “Time Out Market” was an easy walk from the house and offered good food options for everyone. Fenway was an easy walk too. There was a T station close by as well.

Benton Family Reunion

The property was the perfect size and location for our family off 16. It was clean and very well stocked with supplies. The owner was very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time. The only problemwe had was with the stove. It was very slow to heat up.I would be happy to recommend this property to others.

Beautiful, Spacious Brownstone in a Prime Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this historic brownstone! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Fenway Park, where we caught a Red Sox game, and also close to a T station, which made it easy to get downtown and explore all that Boston has to offer.The house itself was clean, spacious, and full of charm. With 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it was ideal for our group—everyone had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay comfortable and convenient.The neighborhood felt safe and quiet at night, and we loved being able to walk to local restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located home base in Boston!

Great stay in Boston!

We booked this home for graduation weekend and it was perfect!!! I cannot believe how sizable it is and it's proximity to BU and Fenway. Kitchen and dining room are extremely large. House is incredibly clean and beautiful. And there's even parking on site!!! I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs but this one was the most stocked I've experienced from kids' toys to a fully stocked kitchen, it had it all! It was the perfect graduation weekend!

Very comfortable

Stayed with my family. 10 adults, a 4 mo old, 18 mo old and a 2 1/2 yo. Very happy with the space, bedrooms upstairs allowed us to put the kids to bed, and be able to enjoy our evening on the main level. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable. Close to 2 stops on the T made getting into downtown and back easy.

Family Trip to Boston

This was a spring family trip to Boston. We chose Boston because we wanted to visit the historical sites. It was five adult travelers, so we wanted to have a place with at least 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a dedicated space to park our rental car. This townhome was perfect. The location was great near Fenway Park. Although we used our car, you could easily get around by train. Our hosts were responsive to questions and helped us with restaurant recommendations. When I told them the coffee maker was not working properly, a new one arrived the next morning from Amazon. The check in/out process was easy. I would definitely recommend this beautiful townhome. Overall it was an amazing trip!

Beautiful Boston Home

We took a family trip to Boston and this couldn’t have been a better setup for our family. The home is located close to a T Station for easy access to all Boston has to offer. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. It was a fun experience to stay in a historic home. There was plenty space for our whole family, and the bunk rooms were great for the kids. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had at any VRBO I’ve ever rented. We also really appreciated the easy check out process. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

This house had everything we needed

This is a great safe location for families or large groups and is suitable for a weekend or a week! The owners were so kind. We would stay here again 100%. Only issue we had is that it was hot when we arrived and the AC units were not able to compete with the heat and needed to be repaired. I believe if the hosts knew ahead of time it would have been addressed prior to our arrival. However, it did make our stay uncomfortable until fixed. Just know this is an old beautiful home and it is not a central air situation.

Fantastic place for a group our size

We had a group of 12 needing a place to stay. We had a mix of couples as well as individuals. This place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our entire group comfortably. Livingroom, kitchen and dining room were great areas for us to all get together. The location was great near plenty of stores restaurants as well as sites to visit, including a 10 minute walk to the legendary Fenway Park. There was plenty of parking as well. I will definitely go back to these accommodations if we return to the area. The host was fantastic as well. Everything was great!
