My stay here was great! Dan at the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was that the TV in my room didn't work but that didn't bother me. Dan did everything he could to help make my stay better. Breakfast was anazing. Would stay here again.

Sofa mattress disgusting need to change them mattress rooms smell like cigarettes and staff not helpful at all. Yall need to do better coming from ct to a horrible place n spending so much money is bad.

Continental breakfast was okay to start the day, but often ran out of coffee early - depending on staff working that day. One worker did stand out and made our stay pleasant. Natacha went above and beyond, she was always where we could find her & happy to help. The room has a small kitchenette, but had no dishes or pots and pans. She secured some for us, which came in helpful for making brealfast. Washer and dryers seemed to constantly be in use (if not out of order) - maybe by people who live there. All in all, the room was clean and comfortable with in walking distance to grocery store, not far from quaint downtown Woburn.

No maid service. Had to get fresh towels at front desk and bring our old ones to them. No sheets on the sofa bed. Had to ask and wait for someone to get blankets pillows etc. No hair dryer in the room. No shampoo and only 1 bar of soap.

We flew in late and just stayed for the night. As soon as we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of weed that overpowered the lobby. Check in was easy and quick. The room we were in was fairly clean, however there was mold under the brim of the sink—and there was an awful sewer smell coming from the sink. The bed was ok, and the shower had good pressure and had hot water.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. One con: the room had no clothes hangers. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have this basic feature. Pro: Natscha at the front desk promptly - within 5 minutes - brought up plenty hangers to my room. Without this excellent service I would have rated this hotel lower.

When you first walk into the lobby you immediately smell dog urine. We stayed on the third floor and when you immediately get off the elevator there is a huge black box full of trash. The trash made the entire floor and rooms smell DISGUSTING. The rooms were also not clean, and our bedding had stains on it. When I complained about the smell to staff they replied with “i know it’s horrible” and offered me room spray. I would not stay here again.

The trash was on the same floor as the rooms right off the elevator. Smelled awful. Requested our room to be cleaned according to their rules. It wasn't done. Got home from a long day and no face cloth to wash my face or clean towels for a shower. No one at the desk. No one answered the phone. Do not stay here.

Front desk was incredibly accommodating for a lot of flights that were canceled. Appreciated having a room to sleep in, which was perfectly acceptable for the price charged. The only negative I have is the swing bar security door lock had been forcibly broken off my door so I had no way to feel totally safe in my room and around 2 AM I heard someone nearby banging on a door and saying “Boston Police…open the door”.
