Great place to stay if you want to visit Boston. Easy check in, easy check out. Place is great and comfortable. Best way to get around is subway. It’s a 5 minute walk to the station, felt safe in the area.

Boston vacation

The host was great, and very responsive to any and all questions I had about the property. It is in a great location, an easy walk to the T. The apartment was very comfortable and worked perfect for our getaway.

Simple stay

The property is clean and conveniently located, and the hosts very polite and attentive in their communications. Our small group stayed for a convention and it was a pleasant alternative to a busier seaport hotel.

Great Place to Stay!

Just as described, Clean, comfortable and easy to get to all you want to see in Boston. The upstairs neighbours like to party but we were there on a weekend after all! Would definitely recommend!

Great place for exploring Boston

Condo is exactly as described. It is only about a 5 minute walk to the Andrew MTA subway station, red line. We loved the electrically adjustable beds!

Great stay in Boston

The apartment was nice - 2 bedrooms and a reclining couch in the living room. Nice kitchen with breakfast nook. We were mostly out and about, but ordered in from nearby Andrew Square Pizza one night and it was also great. Owner answers questions promptly and everything was easy. Would stay here again!

Excellent apartment, good location

Overall this was one of my best stays at any VRBO property. Good neighborhood, close to the red line station, close to the park for the kids. The only downside is spending a little time hunting for street parking, but for the quality of this property well worth it. Hosts were super responsive and gave great suggestions on places to go and check out. When I need another stay in south Boston will definitely be seeing if this apartment is available again

Weekend Stay for Sports Tournament

Fast communication with hosts, property was exactly as pictured and easy, flexible check in and out. Nice to unwind with large TV in family room! Was able to walk to the Convention Center. The parking is a challenge, we arrived after dark and being unfamiliar with the area it was difficult to find street parking nearby; however that may be expected for the area and I just didn’t realize!

Great place to decompress after touring Boston!

First of all, the location was great. It was close to the T station where we could access the subway or the bus. It was close to a park that was on the waterfront so we could stroll around there. We had easy access to some restaurants and stores for drinks and snacks.It was a quick walk over to the tea station and a quick ride to Boston Commons.The condo was great. We each had our own room and the beds were adjustable! The condo was clean and nicely refreshed! The icemaker worked well, there was a back deck to sit on, and it had air conditioning The neighborhood was relatively quiet.It was very nice to come back to our condo after touring around Boston during the day. I would highly recommend this property.

2024 Boston excursion

The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was modern and all appliances worked. The condo looked exactly like the photos on line. The location was also fantastic as there were many restaurants within walking distance. The owners were great about telling me how to access the condo.

Boston Marathon Weekend

We enjoyed the quiet location. Condo was very clean and welcoming. 12 minutes away from downtown Boston (ether Uber or redline subway). Great communication with the hosts. And if you want to go for a walk at the Boston Harborwalk, it’s only less than half a mile away. We will definitely book this condo next time we go back to Boston. Convenient

Convenient location close to the train station for access to downtown. Safe area, also close to park and beach. Unit was very clean and had everything needed. Dryer takes a little long but that's typical with all-in-one units. No designated parking if you have a car but was able to find close street parking.

Great location and clean apartment

We were travelling with my 82 year old mom and Allan and Tess were the most thoughtful hosts we could ask for. The apartment was Ofcourse clean and ready. Tess actually got anti skid matts for the bathroom to make it easier for my mom. The beds in the master bedroom actually have massagers in and was heavenly after a hectic day in downtown Boston, The location is perfect and close to down town and all other attractions in Boston. This review is incomplete without mentioning parking. Parking is a nightmare on day 1 till you figure street parking out. Some tips to get ahead of the parking drama is to get to the apartment early around 6pm and park on dorchester street. Parking spaces start to become scarce after 8pm. We chose to use uber rides after 6pm. Super convenient not too expensive and hassle free. It is not convenient if you have elderly people who have difficulty climbing stairs, as you have to climb atleast 10 narrow stairs to get to the apartment. I would absolutely recommend this property if you wan to visit Boston.

Mixed review

The apartment was clean and lovely. Hosts were really good with communication.Parking is a nightmare. We had several cars and had difficulty finding open spots near the apt. There are no parking lots or garages nearby and street parking is first come first serve. Had to unload and then drive around several blocks to find open spots. Once our cars were parked we Uber’d everywhere to save our spots.Also, the couch has 3 recliners…when closed you can accommodate one person sleeping on the entire couch. You cannot reasonably have two or three people sleep overnight in a semi- reclining position, sleeping entirely on their back. Fortunately we brought a couple of blow up mattresses along with sheets and blankets for them. A pull-out couch would work better.The master bedroom has an adjustable bed which was super comfortable.

Good Home Base

This condo is much nicer than the ground-floor entryway would suggest! (The foyer and stairs are grungy and smoky-smelling, outside the host’s control, but inside the condo, everything is super clean.) Beds and couch are very comfortable. One A/C unit works hard, but cools the place. It is very close to bus stops and reasonably close to the Andrew subway station (red line). This is a residential area, so not many restaurants super close by. We ordered takeout on two nights, which worked great after days of being tourists. We traveled exclusively on public transport using a 7-day Charliecard pass. Worked great.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Was clean and well kept and looked as advertised. Within walking distance to the beach, coffee shops restaurants and bars. Small convenience store right down the street and grocery within a couple miles. The only negative was parking. There is no designated parking so finding a spot for public parking within walking distance was tricky. There is a church across the street and their events took up much of the spaces. If you dont have to have a vehicle its a super great place to stay. If you need to bring a vehicle be prepared that occasionally you might have to spend a little tome fonding a spot. If we come to Boston again I am definitely checking for availability here first.
