This apartment is located on the first floor, but guests will need to climb some steps to gain access.

There is NO SMOKING/VAPING in the apartment or on the premises at all. That includes the yard.

Please no unauthorized guests/visitors without prior approval (preferably before your arrival). There will be an additional fee of $50/person/night.

Please no parties or events without prior approval.

Fireplace is non operational.

Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-7am.

From 10pm to 7am, we ask that you please observe quiet hours and be mindful of noise.

If an early check-in or late check-out is requested, we are usually able to accommodate, but do not guarantee. There will be a fee of $25 for requests. Prior approval will be required.

We do have cameras on the property in public areas to ensure the safety of our guests, as well as our family.

Street parking available.

Must be 21 years old to rent this unit.
