"I ended up at the Encore by mistake. I don’t gamble and did not know it was a casino. As a casino, the aesthetics are, I suppose, Vegas-like, which is not my thing.
That said, I appreciated the beautiful room and grounds. Some of the staff were gracious, others not so much. For example, I found half of the staff at the luggage area to be helpful and 3-including an older staff member with a European accent, a younger one with a local accent, and a woman standing at the staton chatting- to be shockingly rude. Other staff were unctuously polite, which was not surprising at all place like that. and some, someone in housekeeping and a young bell staff person, were genuine and helpful."
