"The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I asked for a Mountain View room and was given a wheelchair accessible room, and there was so much noise above me that it felt like they were doing construction or there was a gym upstairs. This was a little upsetting because I had a long bike ride in the morning and that was the reason why I stayed there"

The Conditioner was empty upon arrival & need to have some sort of ‘night light’ available instead of only bright lights or TV. "Paid for a king suite with a whirlpool tub. No tub. Ila at desk very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. Also charged more than the advertised rate for a pet. Hot tub was warm not hot. Pool and hot tub area not clean. Would not come there again"

"The room was very nice! Mine was on the 5th floor. The elevator went out several times and people had to be rescued. One elevator was out all 4 days and one worked at times BUT people got trapped in it and had to be removed several times."
