"Good pillows and comfortable bed. I was impressed with the updated charging station including wireless. Room was very musty smelling and the fan was loud when we were trying to sleep. No one has cleaned the quarter round in the bathroom for a long time. Good shower. Carpet even felt slightly damp in the morning, so you know they are struggling with keeping moisture out of the room."

"I wasn't given the code to enter the building, nor was I given the entire code to open the apartment door, and I was stuck and frustrated until I found another apartment occupant by chance, who suggested the rest of the code. I had called to try to reach the host but they only got back to me after about a half hour of trying. I also emailed the host and asked for a bathtub mat because the slippery porcelain bathtub was dangerous to get in and out of it, and there was nothing to hang onto to stabilize myself. There were no grab bars. After about 3 days I asked again, and they said they didn't get my message, and they would not provide a bathtub mat. I would have to buy one if I wanted it. Many landscaping river rocks were in the parking lot. They should be shoveled out of the parking lot and relocated to the rocky areas. You can twist your ankle getting out of your car if you aren't careful. It also looks unkempt. Other than those problems, the apartment was very nice. The location was excellent; and quiet even though it is across the street from a hospital. I love the town of Pella."

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus for our trip, although the pool was pretty cold. The room was very clean. The staff we interacted with were professional and polite. Our room was quiet at night and we slept very well in our cozy bed. We greatly appreciated the luggage cart provided next to the side door that made unloading and reloading our vehicle so much more convenient. Breakfast was nice, and we loved the waffle maker. The breakfast room is kind of tight for seating, though. We really liked this hotel's convenient proximity to coffee, shopping, highways, and gorgeous downtown Pella. Our only censure is that the cord on the blowdryer was melted in several places pretty severely. Thankfully, I brought my own blowdryer. We did notify the front desk about it. We would definitely stay again."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful historic home! It’s just a couple blocks from the Vermeer Windmill and downtown Pella, so terrific for walking around and to meals. The house is beautifully and tastefully restored and comfy in every way. My family loved the garage game room and also all the board games in the living room! We had lovely May weather and enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Many things in Pella are closed on Sundays, so it was nice to have the well-equipped kitchen and games so we could cook a meal and have a game night on Sunday evening."
