「A very nice family run hotel, I was there on a cycling trip to ride the big climbs in Bormio. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. They also cater to skiers in winter. And I can imagine Bormio is a excellent location for winter sports also!」

「We booked this last minute, literally, we had brake fade on the car and needed somewhere to stay whilst the brakes cooled down after the Gavia Pass. We were delighted with the reception and a lovely room with a view. The hotel provides a bar and snack meals but if you need a meal there are three excellent restaurants in the town which give a 10% discount if you are staying at the Bianca. We went for the Steak House.」

Is probably the best word to sum up this wonderful hotel,it's in a great location, the hotel itself is so nice ,the staff was amazingly helpful (we had car trouble and recommended a local place) the room was spectacular with bith views of the mountains and how clean it was . 「Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!」
