「Staffs are not good.」

「The water pressure was non-existent and never got hot water in the bathroom sink. The bathroom faucet vet was loose. I was told at check I needed to check out in person, I had to be at an event very early in the morning so I drove back to check out and the office was closed. I called the number on the door and was told just to put the key in a drop box. I wasted at least an hour and 20 miles to drive back. I was not happy and told them so.」

「I5の出口を出たすぐのところにあります。Mt.Rainieに行く途中で宿泊しました。アウトレットモールも近くにあります。ホテルはとてもきれいに維持され、部屋はきれい、朝食もGoodで、とてもいいホテルと思います。」

「This was the WORST place I have EVER stayed@!@ Completely misleading by Expedia! Very UNSAFE! Car vandalized in the lot. The most scary place I have ever been! Run down with unsafe stairs to room wood rotten and decaying. No one ever at the front desk, I waited over 30 minutes twice! With no one responding. Inside room was rundown, lock on inside door broken so no way to bolt room. Someone tried to enter my room during the night. Curtains broken and wouldn't close. Peeling floor, broken...

「I only stayed one night and overall it was OK, but wow a little TLC in the room would make a HUGE difference. As an avid home-maintenance person, I was shocked at the lack of basic care in the room I had. Sorry but I notice these things. You get what you pay for, and although the room served the purpose, I have a hard time recommending to others.」

「Had a horrible experience and would not stay at this hotel again. The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our air conditioning unit sounded like a plane, ran rough the whole stay, and the room fridge ran all night. The shower didn’t have a curtain liner, the curtain was like a bed sheet and was ripped in several areas and leaked water out of the shower. The bed was lumpy and even, overall horrible hotel experience.」
