The room has never cleaned up during our 5 nights stay, even asked twice every other day. Noisy neighbors active too early in the mornings. No air conditioning.

Conociendo la cultura de Bordeaux

La ubicación del apart hotel es excelente, cerca a tranvia, supermercados, restaurantes, farmacia, etc. Las camas son confortables, pero en cuanto a infraestructura y limpieza, no hay que tener muchas expectativas: los pasillos y la lavanderia son bien sucios (área comun), también la limpieza del cuarto es pobre (pasé 16 días y limpiaron 1 vez, me decían que yo debía llevar la basura afuera, y cambiaron toallas 2 veces...las lavava yo ...etc.), la ducha no funcionaba bien desde la pared y el funcionario me dijo que me bañe con la ducha en la mano...cosas del tipo que me hacen pensar que el turismo ni el turista no es un foco para la empresa. Hubo funcionarios que me trataron con calidez, prontitud (Mme Vaiana, por ejemplo)... otros ni tanto. Hay un mínimo de infraestructura (platos, Cubiertos, etc)... Pero la ubicación es excelente y me sirvió al proposito de mi viaje.

Étape a Talence pour une nuit. Personnels prévenant et professionnelles. Chambre impeccable et côté équipement cuisine c'est tres bien. Tres grand balcon Chambre au dernier étage. La seule chose qui m'a gênée est la chaleur dû a la canicule. Deux ventilateurs dans le studio mais c'était un peu juste. Normalement pas de possibilité de réserver une place de parking mais j'ai eu la surprise de voir que la réceptionniste en avait bloquée une pour moi suite a notre échange de mail. Hôtel bien situé proche des transports en commun. Côté prix sa reste tres raisonnable.

La literie du canapé est inacceptable, et la propreté très moyenne, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause des odeurs de poisson venant de l’extérieur !! L’accès aux transports est très bien, le Parking est vraiment un plus.

Erreur à notre arrivée car la clé n'avait pas été laissée dans le coffre sécurisé pour une arrivée tardive. Un numéro d'urgence nous a permis de régler la situation avec l'arrivée d'une personne en 20-30 min. Nous avons remonté notre mécontentement à l'hôtelier et celui-ci a été transmis à la plateforme hotels.com qui a parfaitement traité le point. Au final, même si nous n'avons pas apprécié ce désagrément à 22h30, nous souhaitons partager que le service clients est très efficace et à l'écoute de ses clients !
