A beautiful guesthouse, comfortable bedroom and very helpful host
Fabrice was an amazing host, making sure we felt welcome and providing helpful recommendations and advice to get around town. Our room was spacious and clean and the overall experience of staying in a historical building was amazing! Would stay here again!
Excellent 4 night stay. Lovely B&B close to city center & key attractions. Fabrice is a v welcoming host who ensures your stay is going well. Our second time to stay & we will be back.
A lovely comfortable stay in Bordeaux. Fabrice was a wonderful host gave us recommendations for our trip and provided a breakfast each morning - croissants, bread, yoghurt, tea and coffee. The accommodation is in close walking distance to the cathedral, main shopping and restaurant areas of Bordeaux.
We stayed in the Palais Royals room and loved it! It was beautifully updated and the entire property was well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Fabrice was a lovely host and we will definitely recommend to friends.

This simple property, built in 1780, and beautifully maintained is elegant and very pleasant. The owner made us comfortable and went out of his way to be helpful. Its location is perfect-we walked to the historic sites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In tres grand merci a Fabrice, le charmant propriétaire
Beautiful guest house in Bordeaux. Fabrice was delightful, very helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous, clean with kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher.
A great establishment where you can come and go as you please. Fabrice was kind enough to allow us to leave our cases there on our last day due to late flights. Would stay here again.

Fabrice was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice touch. There are thoughtful details in the room like micellar water, hand soap, shampoo and body gel. However the room we stayed in was VERY small and there was no place to put our clothes or suitcases.
Great location for exploring Bordeaux. Just around the corner from the tram so easy to get around. The room was beautifully decorated, we had a lovely breakfast and Fabrice was a great host with lots of suggestions for places to visit.
Place is well located, easy access to public transportation. Check in was a little awkward for us that we’re used to check in with a front desk. It’s a self check in. Overall, good place to stay near downtown Bordeaux.

Place is OK
Place is OK not great, difficult to clim 60+ stairs with luggage, no breakfast no coffee and do not take credit or debit cards
Hôtels.com hasn’t provided proper and sufficient information regarding this hotel’s payment issue. This hotel does not accept any credit cards or bank cards which is very uncommon and inconvenient nowadays. Hope it will change sooner than later.
A comfortable, cosy stay in a tastefully decorated, characterful room that made the best use of the available space. All of the necessary facilities were provided. Great central location, close to the main arterial, inner city pedestrian boulevards - shops, eateries, history, riverside. A brilliant start point to explore all that this city of culture and diversity has to offer, on foot or by tram. The house environment is very tranquil but open the door to the street of this historic property and you are amidst the Bordelaise vibrancy immediately. Fabrice's warm hospitality and information on the city was exceptional. Secure, nominated, closeby parking was a great bonus. A great stay. We will return. Highly recommended.
Charming old Building in a very good condition. The location is great. Quiet street, even though next to the old centre. Clean, air conditioned room with balcony. Well working bathroom/shower. Nice french breakfast and excellent service. The host is most friendly and speaks very good english. We gladly recommend this place.
