Room was spotless; the whole property smelled good; staff was courteous and I love how the property has a secure parking lot. You wouldn't worry about car prowlers as it has a code-activated barrier. It is also close to the freeway but you wouldn't hear road noise from the room.

Our stay here was lovely! We were driving back to Spain from Courchevel and had to stop in Bordeaux because it got very late. They accommodated us last minute and overall the staff was wonderful, and the hotel and rooms were impeccable. Would stay here again!

Accommodating staff

Staff is fantastic. Speak English and even though it was quite late on arrival, we were served dinner. They have secure parking, fenced and gated. The room is furnished with taste, spacious and well organized. Even had iron and ironing board. Breakfast is served in pleasant settings. Little things made difference in our stay: lemon water at the entrance, orange juice machine etc.

Our reference hotel for a stop at Bordeaux

We always try to stay in this hotel when we need to stop at Bordeaux. Great service and location close to the highway. Parking is private and closed, although parking spaces are a bit tight.

This is a new building, excellent secure free parking, good room size for the price, bistro in the evening and good breakfast. Anyone looking for a walk can cross the motorway and walk for several miles alongside a drainage channel into countryside

Our bedroom smelt stale, with black mold in the corners of the shower. There was also an odd sewage smell so we had to keep the bathroom door shut. The rest of the hotel was clean, breakfast was great. It was odd that you had to pass through 2 security gates to park your car. But it was clean and safe.

Only stayed for one night. Just passing through The Bordeaux area. Had hard time to find way to hotel via GPS. When there Parking ok, rooms ok, service ok. Great breakfast

Lovely hotel

Loved our room. Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet. Brilliant to have BBC 1 and 2 and C4 on the TV as we didnt go out every evening and were there for 4 days. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Only fault is 1 lift for 5 floors was a pain at breakfast and checkout.
