Reception staff was unfriendly never greetor smile, room was clean but they had paper blinds which I never saw in my hundreds of stay in hotels all around the world. You have to go 2 floors up to use the elevator. The kitchenette had a stove for show you can not use it. Breakfast was same everyday. Parking is a big problem, they have a spot away from the hotel for 4/5 cars.

Temiz ve mefruşatı yeni bir otel. Oda konsepti apart otel şeklindeydi. Personelin güleryüzlülüğü ve gezilecek yerler konusundaki yönlendirmesinden memnun kaldık. İlçede bulunan bir otel için bazı illerde bulunan otellerden daha iyi bir oteldi diyebilirim.

İş dolayısıyla sürekli seyahat yapmaktayım. Bu bölgede birçok otelde kaldım. Şimdiye kadar nasıl keşfetmemişim diye üzüldüğüm bir konaklama oldu. Odalar çok güzel. Ferah, geniş ve 1+1 konseptinde. Klimalar çalışıyor. Oda temiz. Kahvaltı yeterliydi.

Odaları ev gibi kullanışlı ve temizdi. Otel merkezi bir lokasyonda, şehir (Borçka) manzarası var, tek sıkıntı asansörün iki ara kat çıktıktan sonra başlaması ama personel bavullarımıza yardımcı oldu. Otel gezmek istediğiniz yerlere göre uzak ya da yakın olabilir. Borçka'ya tekrar yolum düşerse yine burada kalmak isterim

Otel temizlik konusunda çok iyiydi ancak kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok düşük her katta 2 oda var ve 1 tanesi havasız ama güler yüzlü personel vardı.
