"Next to the train station and very convenient. Beautifully decorated and felt new. The hotel itself is cozy, quiet and upscale. Room is spacious and bright. Good linens. Comfortable bed. Pillows are too soft for me. Wish there were hair conditioner. The balcony is large. Breakfast buffet has great selections and a few more things that are made to order. Enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend it."

His kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay extra special and exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, but Nicko was truly exceptional and deserves special recognition. The hotel itself is gorgeous and exceptional—beautiful, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for during our stay in Switzerland. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely book this same hotel again on our next vacation to Switzerland. Highly recommended!"
