"We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "

The house is beautifully furnished and we enjoyed the great view that you have from the living room or from the terrace down to Lake Vättern. Patric was a very good host. "There is no hotel quite like the Grand Curiosa! From the decor and amenities-this place is one of a kind! Also having a rooftop bar, a cafe that had amazing desserts, and the breakfast buffet (which was like nothing I’d ever seen!!) was so nice/made things so easy. I would hands down love to come back!"
