「Lovely apartments very clean. Beds are comfy has everything you need .including toilet rolls shampoo washing up liquid . Perfect location . Very central to city centre.we will definatly be returning. 」

「Arrived at the accommodation and was not greeted by anyone or given any check in instructions so we couldn’t get into property. Was on the phone to customer service for over an hour with no help, got passed through to vrbo again with no help. Have sent multiple emails complaining with no resolution after almost a week. Demand a full refund for the accommodation we were unable to get into and unable to stay in!!!’」
