We had brought a lot of supplies but it turns out we didnt really need much considering they provided all basic necessities. Showers had hot water. Everything was very clean. Easy check in and out. 「Great home for our stay. It's an older home but updated and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of extra towels for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We did use the Murphy bed which was also reasonably comfortable and had extra sheets / blankets / pillows. Would definitely stay here again when we're in the area. 「The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. 「This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future.」
