"Check in guy was surly and seemed to be talking to himself the whole time. Didn’t ask which floor we preferred or tell us about anything/ just handed us one key (we would have preferred two) and gestured dismissively in the direction of our room. Beds were clean but numerous stains on sheets. Literal clots of dirt fell off chair when I moved it. Remote had disgusting stuff on it and many, many parts of room were gross. Couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"Creo que se requiere tener un espejo de cuerpo completo, y ayudaría cobija extra o frazadas. Esta muy bien que cuenta con muchos productos como jabón de ropa etc pero creo que ayudarían más otros que no hay como bolsas de basura extras (solo estaba la puesta en el bote de la basura y en el bote del baño no había ni puesta), ese es un básico. Es un lugar nuevo, bonito y moderno, en general nos gusto mucho."

"Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model."

"Very new, clean, fitness area and very large/nice community/club room that seemed hardly used. In room laundry was nice. Had issues checking, though to be fair that was probably mostly my fault. The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder. "

"Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."
