"Pool was out of order I believe… room had a very loud refrigerator that I unplugged while I slept… the bathroom shelf’s underneath the sink was broken and had holes. The bathroom didn’t have a door knob.heat worked good, microwave was missing glass plate… I would not allow my homeless ppl in my neighborhood to use that place as a shelter… I want my money back."

"Our room needed some work, drawer wouldn’t stay open and not sure if they finished cleaning it. That being said everything else was great. Wonderful staff , good breakfast, good jets in hot tub. Just tighten up a little. "

"The room it’s completely renovated in the 3floor, the others were under construction. The breakfast was limited in a simple table, nothing hot except the coffee. The staff was kind.Besides the hotel there was a construction machinery working early in the morning. Clean room. You see construction workers entering and leaving the property. Next to my room there were a guests with loud and disruptive behavior late at night for the entirety of my stay."

"I had no idea that an entire house could be furnished at a Dollar General!!! This place is exactly that. When we arrived the TV in the living area was not working, the chairs a the dining table collapsed when sat on, the outside is littered with trash and the deck was unusable due to filth and debris everywhere not to mention the sliding door was held shut by a 2x4 board. Don't expect to see the same furniture that is shown in the pictures because it's not there either. The jetted tub you were looking forward to using is permanently out of order also. Lots of burned out light bulbs, the appliances were disgusting, luckily we were merely sleeping there and not trying to enjoy the place as a vacation spot. It's sincerely a joke that they don't allow pets and ask you to take your shoes off upon entry. Could definitely use a DEEP clean in the entire house. You have to use a plastic pale in the sink to wash your dishes. No wash cloths to be found, no necessities if you've forgotten something. One of the worst I've stayed in for a long time. "
