Relax in style at this bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in beautiful Bonita Springs. Perfect for families or couples, this private retreat is just minutes from Gulf beaches, golf courses, shopping, and dining.

Step inside to an open living area filled with natural light, comfortable seating, and a large smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The master suite includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the screened pool area. Two additional bedrooms each offer full-size beds and ample closet space.

Outside, your private oasis awaits: unwind by the refreshing pool, soak up the Florida sunshine on lounge chairs, and enjoy a BBQ in the fully fenced backyard.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the pool, backyard, and driveway parking for two vehicles. A secure smart lock allows for easy self check-in at your convenience.

The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood close to Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach Park, Coconut Point Mall, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. Having a car is recommended, but rideshare services and local bike rentals are also available.
