Beautiful villa & excellent location

We had an amazing time, and the location between the beach and the mountains was perfect for us. The house was spacious and had good facilities, with plenty of room for everyone. The only criticism was that there was no mention in the listing that you have to pay for cleaning and there was a cost per person for linen, these unplanned expenses were a bit of shock on arrival. We did also lose 2 days use of the pool as it turned green, but over all we found everyone to be very accommodating and they did allow us late checkout - which was a god send with 6 children and flights late in the day. Would definitely recommend.

Marvellous villa! We had a wonderful holiday with the family — 10 adults and 4 children. Everything is exactly as described, I’d even say it’s better. Great amenities, cozily arranged, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time. A particular highlight is the outdoor kitchen and the pool. We had a fantastic week and would come back anytime.Special thanks to the host, Corinne! She was always available for any questions and supported us perfectly with everything. Thank you — you made our time truly unforgettable!Finally, just a note that the cleaning fees on site are to be negotiated with the concierge.

Très belle maison avec un extérieur très agréable et bien aménagé qui permet d’y être la plus grande partie du temps. Piscine superbe! Le seul bémol serait le manque de climatisation dans la maison car il y fait extrêmement chaud et il y est compliqué de dormir. Les climatiseurs portables mis à disposition obligent à ouvrir les fenêtres laissant ainsi entrer l’air chaud. Le bruit de la route (très passante) juste derrière le mur est également gênant pour ceux dormant de ce côté de la maison. Cependant cette maison est très spacieuse et met à disposition tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. À noter le billard et le babyfoot permettant de passer de superbes moments en famille. La plage est tout à côté et beaucoup de beaux lieux à visiter. Maison à recommander !

Bonne maison

Maison très bien équipée qui peut largement accueillir un grand groupe de personne. Des jeux de piscine sont mis à disposition. Beaucoup de place pour les voitures. En revanche la piscine n’était pas chauffé l’été et était à 22 tout le long du séjour. De plus, les environs sont un peu mort.

Un super séjour

Nous avons loué la maison pour une cousinade. Elle est très bien situé. A 15 min de Perpignan et 10/15min des plages. C'était parfait. La villa est magnifique, avec une piscine dont nous avons pu bien profiter. La cuisine extérieure est extrêmement pratique. Nous n'avons d'ailleurs mangé que là. Tout est très bien équipé. Les chambres étaient très bien également Le contact avec le gestionnaire (Gérard) a été très facile, très disponible. Nous avons même eu droit à des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Le seul point d'amélioration je pense dans la maison est la climatisation, ou a minima un ventilateur par chambre pour dormir plus confortablement. Avec la chaleur, c'est mieux. Autrement, la maison est top ! Je la recommande !
