「We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished. To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities. The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good....

「The whole experience for my parents was horrible. The water seemed contaminated with all yellow coloured water. The rooms were not anywhere the quality a 4 star ratings (and the money) deserves. The service was also subpar. Won't book or recommend this to anyone! 」

「I paid for my attorney to stay at that property. There was no phone in the room, TV did not work they had to send someone to fix the TV every time she wanted to watch. The generator only keeps 1 light and a fan on. I will never use that hotel again.」

「If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom was dated and dirty. The fridge was rusty. The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside. We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning.」
