The flat is located on the 1st floor (elevator available) of a modern and safe building.


It has been recently renovated so everything in the flat is new. You will have all the comforts you'll need like kitchen appliances, coffee machine, TV, and much more.


Free Wi-Fi available.


The flat features a sofa bed so one extra person can be accomodated.


There is also a private car park in the garage of the building, at no extra cost. Extremely comfortable and easy-access even with large cars. If you're travelling by car this is a huge plus, otherwise you should put the car in a public garage (very expensive) as street parking is not permitted in Bologna Centre for non-residents.


Many bus stops very close to the flat so also very easy to move around the city when you don't travel by car.

Check-in window is 4pm-10pm. If you would like to have early or very late check-in (outside the standard window) please get in touch and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.


We also have a deposit where our guests can leave luggage in case the flat is still not ready when they arrive.
