The location was perfect, easy to get to everything we wanted to see. The area is a little loud at night but otherwise it’s fine, we would stay there again. Very clean.

Filippo was amazingly efficient and helpful even though I never saw him! The B&B couldn't be better located. My room was very quite and the bed extremely comfortable. There was a kettle and coffee machine and the pods etc were topped up daily. Easy to find and check yourself in. It has a lift which is always a bonus!!!

Oasis in the centre of Bologna
Wonderful stay. Very quiet, even though it is in the middle of the city. Very convenient for restaurants, museums and shops. Filippo is extremely kind and helpful.

Location was amazing. Room was very clean and lots of room. Limited service and communication from owners. In fact - we never met anyone - chk in was all by What’sApp Address was to a parking garage - however this was not disclosed. Very confusing.
