Had the room with the balcony for almost a month ~ Of the five Tbilisi hotels I've stayed-in, this is my fave ~ Staff is helpful when needed, out of the way otherwise ~ Hot shower, strong wi/fi ~ Comparatively BIG room ~ Good location, tho bit of a tourist ghetto, so walk a bit to find a reasonably priced cafe ~ I'm told the folks who own the Friendly also have apartments to rent nearby ~ Intend to stay here in the future ~

The hotel is well located, the breakfast is really good and the staff is frendy, but the big problem is that the basement of the hotel is a karaoke bar, and the staffs and customers very loud outside until every late night. Even after the karaoke bar closes, I couldn't sleep at all, because of the noise of people walking down the street and stray dogs barking. The hotel itself is fine, but I'll never stay there again. It's a big shame.

Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am.
