「Good: Quiet and clean room! Bad: It was a bit worn out. Carpet, paint, bathroom door handle was loose. I went over to Scandic to get the room code. This was because I got a new phone # / Sim card once arriving in Europe. No problem as it was a couple of blocks away.」

「Very helpful staff. Short stay but enjoyed being able to wander the historic section of Harstad from the hotel. Great room & very quiet. Didn’t like the air blowing down on the bed from ceiling vent - my only complaint. Parking should be free.」

「Uns wurde untersagt, die Parkplätze mit Ladesäulen am Hotel zu nutzen (obwohl sogar einer noch frei war). Begründung: diese werden durch “uns” benutzt, d.h. die Parkplätze werden wohl durch die Hotelangestellten benutzt. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte uns dann nicht mal klar sagen, wo wir sonst noch Parken bzw Ladesäulen zu finden sind. Sehr schlechter Service. Familienzimmer war ok, Frühstücksbüffet auch.」
