"we enjoyed this property so much that we want to come back ASAP !!! it simply had everything we needed for a getaway. the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking tools and we loved the overall layout of the house !!! would be comfortable to travel with another couple or kids. we stayed on the deck the entire time !!! if we were going to say one thing that was missing, it would be an outside TV and fan (for the summer) !!! but wow just wow we had a great time and great stay !!!"

"This property was beautiful and peaceful. The place was nicely decorated. For the property being pricey, the gravel parking lot and the unloading of luggage was very unexpected. One thing I can say is that we got in our steps while unloading. Next time we will bring our travel wagon. 😅. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!"

The property was clean, the kitchen was stocked appropriately with dishes and basic kitchen ware, and there is a full-size washer and dryer which would be a must if we had gone to the beach. The houseboat is fully stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck, taking in the beautiful views of the water. "The boathouse was absolutely immaculate- inside and out. Had everything you could need. Views from the balconies were amazing. It’s in the perfect location - pretty much within the walking distance of everything downtown. There is a free trolly/bus system that serves downtown and stops right at the corner of the cove if you don’t feel like walking everywhere.
