I thought it would be a nightmare to get fixed, but the hosts responded right away and got us fixed up in minutes.Also, we had fun with the old school arcade game in the basement. "Clean, well appointed home except no microwave or glassware for drinking. Plenty of towels. All bedrooms are upstairs. Very low bannister on upper steps and no railing on upper landing were definite safety hazards! No bedrooms on main level so people with disabilities or small children need to be cautious. Unable to regulate heating/cooling as thermostat was locked. Even with these issues our family enjoyed our stay. "

"Bearcat inn.. walk in the lobby and enjoy the Northwest Missouri State vibe with past players adorn. The front desk and breakfast staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and beds comfortable. I’m a breakfast guy and wasn’t dissatisfied. I will be back. Go Bearcats! "

"Awesome stay!! It's definitely a cabin on a lake, a little dirty on the floors but I prefer that since we were in and out with dirty feet. Plenty of towels, very responsive and kind hosts. We will most certainly be coming back next year! "
