TinyHouse Oasis - Hot Tub-Bikes-FirePit-BBQ-Projector-Ax Throwing-Pet Friendly

Come try the simple life you've been hearing about on TV! I'm new to VRBO but this property has been a local favorite for 5 years and I'm a super duper host on other platforms! Chateau Ivan is a fully equipped, fully functional tiny house only a few miles from downtown Boise. The location provides ample privacy while keeping you near to the heart of Idaho's capital city. You'll have books, a projector and a kitchen inside, while outside you have hammocks, games, a BBQ, fire-pit and even bikes! Come give the tiny life a try before you sell all your worldly possessions, and enjoy your own private oasis!

Oh where to begin! This place is small but it has lots of features. I built it from about 60-70% reclaimed materials and often let them dictate the theme and layout. The space includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, storage space, a full sized bathroom, a small office nook, and a bedroom that is up a steep staircase.

Here are some notes about each space:

Kitchen: I have provided all the essentials from plates and silverware to pots and pans. There is NO microwave. There are also some food items and spices you can help yourself to. The fridge is small but should be able to hold everything you need during your stay.

Living Room: The living room is a great place to kick back and relax and watch a show or movie on the projector! The coffee table lifts up to act as a dinner table with place mats in the storage area. There are also some cushions you can put on top so you can comfortably put your feet up. Help yourself to a book on the stair case and there are some games in the drawers under the stairs.

Bathroom: The bathroom is also stocked and ready for you! Help yourself to the soaps and shampoos and there will always be towels! The shower head is energy saving to help you take a longer hot shower with the 20 gallon tank. The decor is inspired by Mexico which is a country close to my heart. If you are feeling lucky feel free to try your hand at one of the 'balero' games on the bathroom shelf. Also, the little silver cup on the counter is an amplifier for your phone speaker... jam out!

The Office: This space is simple and meant to be versatile for you needs. You can store your luggage, charge your goods or get some work done! The choice is yours. The hot tub towels are located in the closet area.

Bedroom Loft: Access to the bedroom is up a steep, ladder-staircase so PLEASE be careful. The landing at the top allows you to turn around while coming down. Going up and down should always be done facing the staircase. Watch your head and enjoy the Purple mattress! If you don't know what that is, look up some of their YouTube videos and enjoy their clever marketing videos. Hopefully you enjoy the experience too. There is an oil diffuser next to the bed to help you zen out!

Outside: One of the best parts about a tiny house is it will inspire you to go outside! This can be in the yard and/or out into the local community. Outside you will find multiple spaces to enjoy. The hot tub set on the deck, the covered area with lots of seating, a fire pit area where you can cook up some of your child hood favorites, a Giant Jenga set, and a hammock up in the trees on the hillside (summertime). There is also a propane BBQ you can break out for some back yard grilling! I've also recently added cruiser bikes for you to take out on the streets and Greenbelt of Boise!

It's got everything you need... and nothing more... well maybe a little more.

Tiny Home, Huge Yard
Wow. Fantastic. Completely amazing experience - you can tell the host took time to create the property because it feels like a home, not a house. We stay as two adults and we also had three dogs - all had a blast. I plan to stay here again sometime in the future.

Perfect Getaway
We've been staying at various tiny houses around Boise when we come to visit and this is by far the most comprehensive, beautifully crafted, and an ideal image of tiny house stays. Despite houses on three sides, the layout truly creates seclusion and privacy. The atmosphere is peaceful, all needed amenities are provided, and there are so many things that make you say, "Hey, that's really cool". Couldn't be happier.

Size Don't Matter.
This is an absolutely adorable tiny house that was very well planned out with many details considered for maximum comfort. We loved the cozy bed in the loft, the tiny kitchen and the outdoor space balanced the size of the interior. And YAY for the hot tub!!! The house is also very conveniently located, about 10 min from downtown restaurants etc. Thank you Ivan for hosting us, 5 stars!

Ivan was great to work with. We had a minor scheduling conflict and he went above and beyond to work things out for us. The tiny home is immaculately finished with lots of attention to detail, we really enjoyed it ! Hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit area were a lot of fun!

Such a great little Vrbo. The listing was entirely accurate. Ivan has put so much thought and consideration into this Boise hideaway. Wish we could have stayed even longer and plan to return and stay again. We really enjoyed reading through the home’s binder and building book.

Tiny house magic.
This was our family’s first tiny house experience and it was fabulous! The house itself was charming and comfortable. We slept 2 adults, a teenager, plus a dog, perfectly. The property had so much to offer, it felt like the tiny house was a trip just in itself. We took part in every piece the outdoor space had to offer. It was our first visit to Boise, Idaho and we look forward to returning to this special oasis on our next visit!
