"Exceptional service all round. From check in staff, to wait staff, to bellhops, to the shuttle bus driver…. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained and the rooms feels spacious and clean."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Well packed with all the amenities you might need and even free snacks! There was room cleaning every day, the cleaning lady was extremely nice and polite. They also had free laundry service which was super useful. The reception staff were very helpful and kind , they helped us with all the needed reservations to the attractions! The breakfast was great, with a variety of food everyday, and the breakfast ladies were super sweet and serviceable! If we ever get the chance to come back to Beijing we would definitely stay here again!!!!reservations"

"Staff is really helpful. I didn't have a chinese number to order food delivery. The hotel staff volumteer to use his number instead. I send a few online packages to the hotel and the hotel the package is well stored. Hotel surrounding is amazing. "
