"[+] 1. Well situated beside the Wangfujing Shopping street 2. Large room [-] 1. No waiting poach for cars 2. Lack of service attitudes for some staff - e.g. do not greet customer with a smile 3. Relatively dated room 4. The food at the executive lounge and buffet breakfast were almost 90% identical for the 5 days of stay. 5. Air conditioning for the room was turned off for the main hall and only left the walkway. When requested for a fan, was told all has been sent out. Instead, was told to open the window which did not help at all."

"1st time in Beijing. Stay in GJYY Hotel because it has the great location the “Wangfujing” walking street just crossed the street. Dining and shopping around the areas. Staff are friendly, breakfast is delicious. Because the hotel is quite a bit old, the furniture needs to be replaced & room may need to get renovations. But overall it’s a nice place to stay."
