Mala experiencia

Reserve para 2 noches, estaríamos en un evento deportivo donde uno espera tranquilidad y comodidad, el personal amable, pero las instalaciones del hotel en pésimo estado, mucho ruido, no salía agua por la ducha, el baño no jalaba! Tan mala experiencia que decidimos perder la segunda noche que ya teníamos paga!!!

El hotel no tuvo agua caliente para bañarme, tuvo que usar agua fría como muchos otros huéspedes que se vieron afectados un día anterior y el día que yo me hospedé. Ojalá puedan arreglar esos problemas para que la experiencia con ustedes sean buena.

En general bien. Personal amable. Planta fisica en buen estado. Tiene unos jatdines bonitos y acogedores. Falta atención a algunos detalles, el bombillo del baño no servía, el lavamanos se tapaba. Falta blackout en las habitaciones. Habitaciones muy ruidosas, todo se escucha del exterior.
