Es un fraude, no reserven aqui

El "hotel" es un fraude. Se complico mi llegada a Bogota y les escribi por WhatsApp a las 5:40pm para ver si podia llegar a las 3:00am. A las 5:41pm vieron mis mensajes y los dejaron en visto, no respondieron. Ellos ya me habian contactado por WhatsApp, asi que es su medio oficial de comunicacion. A las 3:00am llegue y toque el timbre, el cual se escucha desde afuera. Despues de la segunda tocada, lo apagaron, ya no se escuchaba. Hable por telefono y no contestaron. Estuve esperando mas de 10 minutos en una zona muy peligrosa de noche y no abrieron. Tuve que irme a un hotel de verdad. Al solicitar el reembolso, se rehusaron a hacerlo. Se quedaron con el dinero de 5 noches de hospedaje sin ofrecer ni un minuto de servicio. Lo barato sale caro, y pudo ser peor, pudo costarme la vida.

Casa Howard was great. Great service, delicious breakfast, clean and organized. Internet works very well. I would only recommend to isolate the sound coming from the main office and living room to the rooms nearby, and probably the doorbell as well. Since when someone is in the living room or ringing the doorbell, the sound permeated the inside of the rooms.
