The accomodations were as described, easy to park, in a safe and quiet area, and close to a grocery store, restaurant, transportation, and shopping. Friendly local culture and great customer service. I recommend visiting.

El espacio es muy agradable está ubicado en una zona residencial con muchos restaurantes cerca, incluso la zona G está a unos minutos caminando hay buenas opciones de tiendas para conseguir víveres y un carulla. la cocina está bien equipada en caso de querer preparar alimentos, no tiene estacionamiento para carros

The apartment is well equipped, perfect for short or mid-term stays. Cleanliness could be slightly improved but overall was good. I had some challenges getting the entry code at the beginning, but after that communication was smooth and the property was very helpful. Will definitely consider staying again.

En general todo bien, pero para estancias largas hay que dejar más papel y toallas por que me la pase pidiendo casi diario y mi estancia fue de 8 días así que espero que mejoren estos detalles

It does not have elevator we where at the 4th floor!! Super heavy luggage. Other than that the room was amazing and it has more than you need, spotless clean and very comfortable the area is very walkable and a lot of restaurants nearby

Ok pero la construcción es muy mediocre

La ubicacion es muy buena, la comunicacion tambien. El edificio no tiene ascensor, es super frio porque tiene ventanillas q no se pueden cerrar y las paredes son delgadas y se siente el ruido de los vecinos. La ducha no regula bien la temperatura entonces está hirviendo y luego helada y luego hirviendo de nuevo… siento que intentaron ahorrar mucho dinero en la construccion y no pensaron en la experiencia del usuario

The apartment is located at an convenient location with easy access to bars and restaurants. However I had 2 days of no water which spoilt my trip. Also the tv didnot work abd couldnt acess netflix. It was constantly asking for password

Después de pagar mi estadía recibí un email con un formulario para llenar. El email incluía un link para comunicarme por Whatsapp, el cual inicié escribiendo inmediatamente sin respuesta alguna. Cuando llegué al edificio Anyma 64, este no cuenta con un lobby ni una persona que abra la puerta. A través de las puertas de vidrio no se veía a nadie. Nunca enviaron instrucciones para el check-in. Estuve 20 minutos afuera, me vi obligado a buscar un hotel cerca para pasar la noche. Al llamar por teléfono tampoco contestaban. Estoy pidiendo un reembolso integro.

After booking are directed to external website, and have to enter ALL your details there incl pictures of passport .Then you are directed to 'Wompi' website to pay! And have to enter all your details again + Credit card numbers .upon completion you may be surprised to learn price has gone up significantly You will receive code to enter building and have to get key from difficult to open key safe ,because there is no security or reception on site Then you finally in room and may be surprised to see is very different to what you booked .my room had 1 window only, which is next to constantly on washing machines and staff smoking area (see pic) Also surprised to find a dog bowl and hairs in kitchen (see pic) Door has no lock on inside (see pic) Room cold ,not certain if Aircon works or not .Internet good . After all this is no way to contact owners so had to complain to Hotels.com who kindly gave me WhatsApp. Owner eventually replied and I told them wanted out as not what I booked or paid for !! Owner uninterested and only says ' no refunds'! Before trying to upsell me a different room ,presumably the one I originally booked I spoke to a guest who says she had nice room , but had issues with communication , integrity of personal data and payments , difficulty with key safes and lack of security Is so many wonderful great value appartments and hotels in Bogotá,staffed by such nice warm helpful people it seems a crime to give so much money to this lot .
