The staff was amazing and the breakfast was unbelievable!

This was the cleanest and nicest hotel I've stayed at in downtown Toronto. The staff were excellent. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city.

Overall very nice, clean, and quiet hotel in a great location, easy to walk. My reason for not a 5 star is - I was disappointed in the room service menu and what I ordered. The selections were not abundant. I ordered the fried chicken, french fries and coleslaw. The chicken was not the greatest, small pieces and strangely breaded, not tasty juicy, but bland and dry. Perhaps give a dipping sauce would go nice with the chicken? The french fries were not a large portion and the coleslaw was a tiny little condiment size. For the price of the food + the service fee, delivery fee + tip - I was disappointed in my meal. It should have been a delightful presentation and plentiful fresh meal under the silver platter cover for what I paid for and for what one would expect staying at this hotel.
