Welcome to this newly built, three-storey seafront villa offering a refined coastal lifestyle.

Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a private pool and garden, and direct access to a private beach.

Guests enjoy access to the resort’s gym, spa, and massage rooms. The private beach has a bar & restaurant that operates from mid-May to late October.

Entrance Level
The entrance level features a spacious and beautifully designed living area with unobstructed panoramic sea views, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Gaggenau Appliances, a guest WC, and seamless access to the private pool and landscaped garden—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Upper Floor
The upper level hosts three well-appointed bedrooms, two of which are ensuite bedrooms offering privacy, comfort, and serene views.

Lower Level
The lower level includes an additional living room, a kitchen, a guest WC, and two en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for families, extended stays, or groups seeking extra space and privacy.

This villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and resort-style amenities, making it an exceptional choice for an unforgettable stay by the Aegean Cost Line.

Designed for comfort, space, and elegance, the villa is located within an exclusive resort featuring a state-of-the-art gym, sauna, and massage room, all available for your use.

We can also arrange private yoga, Pilates, and fitness instructors, as well as professional massage therapists, upon request.

We can also arrange daily cleaning and dry cleaning services for you (With Extra Charge)
Other things to note
The property is equipped with a fully integrated smart home system. Climate control is provided by Mitsubishi VRF systems, combined with central underfloor heating, ensuring year-round comfort.

All white goods and kitchen appliances are Gaggenau, reflecting the highest standards of quality and design.

The property features a private underground garage with two designated parking spaces, as well as direct access from the garage to the residence, offering maximum convenience and privacy.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location is perfect, right on Ortakent Beach. The villa is truly luxurious, featuring a VRF climate system, underfloor heating, and high-end Gaggenau appliances throughout.It had everything my family of eight needed to cook, relax, and feel completely at home. We were extremely comfortable during our stay.I will definitely be booking again.
