Instead of Private beach everything was terrible. It was all inclusive but it is so limited food at open buffet. Staff don’t know anything about the hotel if you ask any question answer is always l am new or l don’t know. No coffee or tea set up in the room no hair dryer it was definitely not 5 star maybe 3 star . It is shame for Marriott chain.

Personel sayısı ve personelin hijyen eğitimi bence yetersiz. Az gider çok iş mantığı ön planda hissi verdi bana. Personel artık yorulmuştu. Yiyecekler bakımından lezzet açısından iyi denilebilir, çeşit fiyata göre olabilir boyutta ama ekipmanları bayağı eksik. Bardak çatal kaşık vb bekliyorsunuz. Barda kahve fincanları vb yetersiz. Housekeeping bir kişi çok ilgili yardımcı ama koridorun diğer tarafı için aynı şeyi söyleyemem eğitimsiz eleman sayısı eğitimliden daha çok. Tecrübeli kalifiye eleman ve mutfak servis ekipmanları sayısı yetersiz. Bu yetersizlik housekeepingten tutun garson hizmetlerine hep hissediliyor. pool bar aktif iyiler ama ek destek elemanlara ihtiyaçları kesinlikle var. Aşağı beach bar yanı snack restoranın şefi çok iyi biri düzgün titiz çalışıyor.
Otelin Denizi de biraz dalgalı ama yinede beyaz kum oluşu güzel. Teknik arızalarda yaşadık ama birkaç kere aradık düzelttiler teknik ekibi gayet iyi çalışıyor. Otelin iç dizaynı dekoru vb iyi ama genel hijyeni biraz kötü . Localar var ek ücretli bunlar olabilir açıkçası normal birşey. Oturma alanı yeterli miktarda var. Açıkçası zorunlu kalmazsam bir daha nadir tercih ederim.

poorly maintained dirty and definitely not 5 star...they also kept marriott name despite the fact that it is not a marriott affliate. scam all in all.

Tek kelimeyle rezaletti herşey.hijyen,yemekler ve iceceklerin kalitesi cok kötüydü.Alkol var yaziyor fakat adini bile duymadigimiz alkol urunleri var gitmek isteyenlere tavsiye asla ve asla gitmeyin resepsiyondan su istedik 2 gun gelmedi buz dolabi calismiyor sampuan vs urunler yoktu

Absolutely awful hotel
Absolutely awful hotel, first room they gave us had no WiFi in that building, they switched us to another room next day which had no hot water and the AC was barely working. Also, This hotel is quite far from Bodrum, their food was mediocre mainly Turkish menu, and the worst part was it would take us 3 different elevators to go from entrance to our room every time. Good staff but couldn’t help much..

For the price I paid for this property this was a very disappointing stay. Although there was a lot of food variety the food quality was very low. The service wasn't very up to par with a Marriott hotel either. The coffee was from a vending machine! They ran out of towels for the beach area a few times. There are no appointed areas for smokers so when you are at the beach you are constantly inhaling smoke from all the smokers around.

Viel zu überbewertet und zu teuer!
Wir waren im Juli 2022 in diesem Hotel und sind mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht zufrieden gewesen.
Der Service war „ok“. Es gibt selten ein Lächeln oder ein Guten Morgen.
Das Klientel war extrem abgehoben und unfreundlich.
Das Essen war mittelmäßig.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die Kellner sowie das Housekeeping-Personal waren ständig überfordert, weil zu wenig Personal
vor Ort war. Die Zimmer waren nicht immer zu 100% sauber.
Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

We stayed 2 days with no AC
it was very hot you can not sleep and mosquitoes will bite you so bed is uncomfortable definitely they need to renew the rooms Staffs are very friendly and helpful and respectful
food is good and they need to put more drinks And they need to drinks ti mini bar as well. So I will never ever go again
