15 Temmuz haftasında bir hafta ailecek kaldık. Odamızdaki tv ve buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Odamız 34. gün ikinci talebimiz üzerine temizlendi. Otelin genel durumu iyiydi. Tv'nin ve buzdolabının (ki sularımızı ve meyvelerimizi koymak açısından önemli olmasına rağmen) çalışmıyor olması bile tölere edilebilir ancak oda temizliğine hassasiyet gösterilmemesi memnuniyetsizlik yarattı. Bir diğer husus akşam otele döndüğünüzde havlu ve mayolarınızı kurutmak için otelin çarşaf ve havluların kurutulduğu ipleri diğer misafirlerle kullanmak zorunda kalmanız. Yer kalmayabiliyor. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ancak tamir ve temizlik taleplerimiz ile sabah saat 8.00'de başlandığı söylenen kahvaltıyı saat 7.55'de yapmak talebimizin, güleryüzlü bir şekilde karşılanmasına rağmen karşılanması konusunda pek de ciddiye alınmadığımız izlenimini edindim. Kahvaltısı sakin temiz güzeldi. Normalde verilmeyen tereyağ taleplerimiz hemen karşılanıyordu.

Great stay!

We moved here from another hotel down the street because we had a terrible experience. When we showed up, all the staff members were so helpful. They showed us around BEFORE booking a room, helped with our bags....answered all of our questions, and made us feel so welcomed. Unlike the hotel we just left. We stayed in the Grand Suite, which is so big, comfy, clean, and charming. It felt like we were staying with family; we all made fast friends. The staff is very accommodating. We're so glad we came and will definitely choose to come here next time.
