We love, love, loved everything about this place … from the moment you walk in, it gives “Welcome”.We were especially taken with the thoughtful design that went into creating the space. From the well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, to the comfortable memory foam mattress, to the modern bathrooms with comfort showers, and heated toilet with a bidet, to (my favorite) the remote-controlled Della overhead wall space heaters located in each room. This cozy little spot is all about comfort and tasteful simplicity.There are restaurants conveniently scattered all around, and a general store, only about a stone’s throw away, is nicely appointed with all of the things, including a nice wine selection.We were fortunate enough to have nice weather, and took full advantage of sitting outside on the veranda, collecting memories. One of us, a bird watching enthusiast, was in her glory. Identifying all manor of species and sharing stories of their origins.This was a much needed opportunity for respite, at an amazing getaway, in a sweet little thoughtfully designed space above the bay.
