「Room was updated clean and cute. Nice shower hot water. Late check in was not a problem. Easy drop box for easy checkout. 」

「A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.」

「The kitchen was fully equipped and ready with outdoor gas grill, small appliances and plenty of cooking/ baking pans. We could choose to cook in or go out. The linens were all very clean... smelled so fresh! Lots of little amenities... small coolers and beach chairs to use, toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies(i.e. foil, saran wrap). We got spoiled in the recliners... and on the back balcony overlooking the cove. You can fish off the two docks. The outdoor seating area was lovely....

「It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍」

「Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house.」
