"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. It’s an off the grid home, but we only had one evening where the generator was needed to juice up the battery system. Wonderful cooking kitchen, and the most beautiful view for eating. This property has the best privacy, and the best of both worlds when it comes to being right on the ocean, while also being immersed in the tropical jungle. "This was my 60th birthday gift from my husband. What a gift! Clean, quiet, beautiful. My husband couldn't stay out of the water. He snorkeled and found a yellow sea horse hiding in the coral just off the deck. It was a joy to swim, snorkel, relax in the hammock and watch the sea that behaves like a lake. Phillip is a great host; making your stay easy and comfortable. Next time though, I'll take some videos to watch in bed."

Ms. Ashley was very prompt in replying to my inquiries and made all the arrangements to pick us up from the airport and transfer us to her property. "The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am.
