Todo bien, excepto que éramos una pareja y nos dieron cama doble y son pequeñas para dos. Por lo demás muy agradecidos. Bendiciones gracias!

I had a great stay at TRS Turquesa and overall was very happy with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated exceptionally well. Luis made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, and my butler, Randy, was outstanding throughout my stay—attentive, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The resort itself was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff consistently made me feel valued as a guest. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn't a fan of the vacation club/timeshare sales approach. I was approached multiple times and encouraged to tour the property and consider purchasing a vacation package. While I understand it's part of their business, it felt a bit pushy at times and took away from the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and I would gladly stay here again.
