"My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Right from check-in, the service was poor — the staff seemed unprepared and unwilling to assist, which created a negative first impression. Additionally, I was surprised by extra charges that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, which I find to be a lack of transparency. The situation got worse upon entering the room. The cleanliness was below standard, with the floor feeling greasy, giving an overall impression of poor hygiene. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest and affecting the overall comfort of the stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. There are several basic areas that need urgent improvement, especially customer service, cleanliness, and maintenance."

"Staff was very welcoming, we only stayed one night. The rooms can use some new paint on the walls and cleaner bathrooms but I liked the room it is very vintage and I also liked the soundproofing cause the hotel was packed with guests and usually you can hear everyone going and coming out the rooms so it was a peaceful night sleep. Checking out was great too. I wouldn't mind staying there again."

"Our 12th floor suite was spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful to. House keeping was efficient and attentive to our coming and going. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well. I was surprised by the parking fee, which I didn't know about in advance. But there was plenty of parking available and no in out fees or valets to tip. The bar and dinner service were very good as well."

"Towels where really small only one pool for two hotels and small too, if you planing to do laundry you have to pay to wash your clothes breakfast was ok it was a small area."

"Great location, very kind and helpful owners. The price is right. However this is a bare bones motel. Older carpeting and fixtures, in need of major overhaul. The “continental breakfast” is really just boxes of cereal and milk. But there’s a Publix across the street for anything you need. If price is a major issue then this is fine. Very comfortable mattress by the way! "

"The room had trash in the trash can and before bed a cockroach crawled across the upper wall. I stay at the Hilton from time to time and do enjoy my stays but this room was different. "
